These terms explain how this website and our enquiry/booking process work. They are written for website visitors, customers and potential franchise enquiries. They do not replace any separate written quote, booking agreement, invoice, franchise agreement or finance agreement.

Website information
The information on this website is for general guidance. We try to keep service details, prices and availability accurate, but they may change depending on vehicle size, condition, location, access, weather, products, availability and the work required.
Quotes and bookings
A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the service, location, price or price range, date/time and any important requirements. Website prices are guide prices unless we confirm otherwise. We may need to inspect a vehicle before confirming the final price for heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, mould, staining, paint correction, ceramic coating, unusual vehicles, large vehicles, commercial vehicles or specialist work.
Customer responsibilities
Please make sure we have safe and legal access to the vehicle, enough working space, permission to work at the location, and any access details we need. Please remove valuables, personal items, child seats, important documents, loose money and fragile items before the clean. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle unless loss or damage is caused by our negligence.
Vehicle condition and realistic results
Some stains, smells, scratches, swirl marks, UV damage, stone chips, lacquer failure, worn plastics, dye transfer, pet hair, mould or deep contamination may not be fully removable. We will always aim for a strong result, but we cannot guarantee a vehicle will return to new condition, especially where damage or wear is already present.
Machine polishing and ceramic coating
Paint correction and ceramic coating results depend on paint condition, previous repairs, clear coat depth, weather, preparation and aftercare. Machine polishing can improve gloss and reduce visible defects, but it cannot safely remove every scratch. Ceramic coatings add protection and easier maintenance, but they are not scratch-proof, stone-chip-proof or maintenance-free. Aftercare instructions should be followed to protect the finish.
Weather, access and rescheduling
As a mobile service, some work may need to be rearranged due to unsafe weather, unsuitable access, poor lighting, lack of space, water restrictions, health/safety issues or circumstances outside our control. We will try to give as much notice as possible if we need to rearrange.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. If we arrive and cannot work because of no access, no vehicle, unsafe conditions or incorrect booking information, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover wasted travel/time.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed with the booking or invoice. For some jobs, especially larger detailing, ceramic coating, business/fleet work or franchise-related services, a deposit or staged payment may be required.
Complaints and problems
If something is wrong, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and give us a chance to inspect and put things right where appropriate. Please include photos if helpful. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, hidden defects, poor previous repairs, loose trim, failing lacquer, electrical faults, water ingress caused by existing vehicle defects, or issues we could not reasonably have known about. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Franchise information
The franchise/work-with-us page gives outline information only. Prices, package contents, territories, support, launch aims and commercial terms are subject to checks, agreement, legal documentation and mutual suitability. Any customer growth figures or targets are aims, not guaranteed income, guaranteed customers or guaranteed profit.

This website may link to third-party services such as email, phone, maps, social pages, payment tools or form handling. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their own privacy/cookie practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business, website or services change. The latest version will be shown on this page.
